Hyatt House Boston Waltham

buffet breakfast wasn't spectacular but offered sausage, (sometimes with bacon), some form of fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, either pancakes or French toast, cold cereals, oatmeal, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea, juices, and some bread to toast. It was adequate, not spectacular—small fridge and microwave in the room. great shower. The room was one of the smaller in the hotel and it was more than adequate as the base of operation. There was a pool and exercise room we didn't take advantage of, but having them available was nice. The hotel has a nice courtyard which has the pool, and outdoor grills, and a fire pit. The landscaping was very, very nice. It would be a great spot to hand out.

Really pleased with the breakfast, great choice & plenty of it, sometimes got very busy but we always managed to find a table, pool & seating area are beautiful with very comfortable chairs. BBQ’s avail for guest use, room was only serviced once during our 8 night stay but this was explained at check in & you could request additional services if you wanted them - we prefer to be left alone so worked well for us. Room was great with separate sitting room & kitchenette & everything we could possibly need staff were really friendly & helpful, lovely quiet location & felt very safe - we choose this hotel as it’s close to where my daughters Uni is so was convenient for moving her in, the only downside was that if you want to go into Boston or to get here you do need a car as the train link to Boston is a few miles away but there are restaurants & a convenience store within walking distance

The price of the Booking was really good. The room was big, clean and comfortable. We needed some more towels and sheets. Everything was provided to us after the request.

Quite and safe neighbourhood. Good full buffet breakfast. There are two reception ladies there. One of them solved all my problems while other one was not helpfull at all.
